01 — Websites & commerce

Turn interest into action.

Most sites lose people in the gap between interest and action. We work on the whole journey — what someone understands, what they trust, and what they do next.

Who this is for

  • Founder-led service businesses whose site no longer reflects the work
  • Growing companies that need a clearer route to enquiry
  • Commerce brands where discovery and product detail do the selling

What you get

Deliverables, stated plainly.

  • Website strategy and content structure

Audience, messaging priorities and a page structure that makes the offer easy to understand.

  • Interface design and responsive build

Considered layout and typography, built to hold up from small phones to large screens.

  • Commerce discovery and product detail

Collection browsing, product pages and the detail that answers real buying questions.

  • Enquiry and checkout journeys

Forms and purchase flows designed to be short, clear and recoverable when something goes wrong.

  • Measurement foundations

The small set of events and views worth watching, set up so decisions have something behind them.

  • Launch review, documentation and handover

A review before launch, written documentation, and a handover so your team can run it.

Concept showcase

An illustration of the thinking.

A studio concept made for this site. It is an illustrative exploration — not commissioned client work, and not a live product.

Storefront study — considered range

Illustration only
Concept commerce interface for Cenqora — a synthetic illustration, not a live shop.
Restraint, clear sequencing and honest product detail, so a visitor can judge an object and act.

Stages

  1. 01

    Discover

Goals, audience, current site behaviour and content reality.

  2. 02

    Define

Scope, structure, priorities and what success will be measured against.

  3. 03

    Build

Design, development, content assembly, testing and review.

  4. 04

    Evolve

Handover, then optional ongoing support and optimisation.

Scope and boundaries

  • Engagements start as a scoped website project with agreed deliverables.
  • Ongoing support and optimisation are arranged separately, if you want them.
  • Content responsibility is agreed in writing before build begins.
  • Third-party platform, hosting and licence costs sit outside the project fee.

Useful to know

Questions worth asking early.

Can you improve our existing site instead of rebuilding it?

Often, yes. We review the current site first and say plainly whether targeted improvements will get you there or whether a rebuild is the more honest route. Either way you get the reasoning, not just the recommendation.

Why is there no price on this page?

Because scope decides cost. We define what is being built, what is included and what is not, and then price that. You see the scope before you see a number.

Who writes the content and supplies the images?

We agree that at the definition stage. We can structure and shape copy, work with material you already own, or write to a brief — but responsibility for each piece is written down before build starts.
