What we collect, and why.

This is a working draft prepared alongside the site build. It describes the site as it is actually built today. It has not yet been reviewed by a qualified adviser, and the items marked as to be confirmed below must be completed before public launch.

The studio operates as CENQORA LABS. The registered legal entity name, registered address and data protection contact are to be confirmed and are deliberately not stated here rather than guessed at.

Only what you type into a form on this site. The project enquiry collects the area of interest, what you would like to improve, your name and email address, and optionally your company, website, timing and an indicative budget. The consultation request collects your name, email, context, and optionally company, time zone and preferred availability. The contact form collects a topic, your message, your name and email address.

Each submission also records the page it was sent from, the version of the consent wording you agreed to, a submission reference, and the time it was received. A hidden field is included to detect automated submissions.

To read and respond to your enquiry, and to keep an internal record of the request. We do not sell or share form data for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list from these forms.

Form submissions are stored in a private managed database used by this site. The records are not readable from the browser and are not published anywhere on this site. Access is limited to the studio.

The hosting and database region and the exact retention period are to be confirmed before public launch.

Public pages load Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-KK4VYTEVV5) to measure page views and basic interactions; private admin pages do not. An internal, privacy-conscious measurement layer also records only anonymous interaction events — never names, email addresses or message content.

Fonts and the site's own images are served with the site. Where a third-party service is later introduced, this notice will be updated before it goes live.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Quote your submission reference if you have one. The contact channel for these requests is to be confirmed and published here before public launch.
