How this site should be read.

These terms cover use of the Cenqora Labs website, public assistant and enquiry facilities. Browsing, submitting an enquiry or receiving an automated acknowledgement does not create a service contract, book an appointment or reserve capacity. Paid work starts only under an accepted written quotation or service agreement.

Cenqora offers scoped business assessments, strategy, websites and ecommerce, SEO and digital marketing, content and social media, software, chatbots and business automation. The applicable quotation defines deliverables, exclusions, dependencies, approvals, acceptance checks and support. Website illustrations and applications describe possibilities, not verified client results or a commitment to include every displayed feature.

Published assessment and growth-plan fees apply to the stated scope and billing period before applicable taxes. Project and Enterprise pricing is provided on enquiry. A complete quotation states fees, onboarding, taxes, external costs and the total payable. Where enabled, a private Razorpay payment link is issued only after the quotation, scope, applicable taxes and total have been confirmed. Review those details before paying. Test-mode checkout does not collect real money. Selecting a website plan or submitting an enquiry is not authorisation to charge.

Quarterly growth billing is three monthly recurring fees less the published twenty-percent discount. The discount applies to recurring fees, not onboarding, advertising spend, production or third-party costs. Billing dates, renewal, deposits, milestones and payment methods are agreed in the proposal; selecting a plan is not authorisation to charge.

Advertising spend, hosting, domains, software subscriptions, API usage, licences, photography or filming and other external services are included only when explicitly listed. Additional work or changed requirements need a documented scope and cost agreement before proceeding.

Website checkout is a single payment against the displayed quotation. It does not authorise an automatic subscription renewal. A checkout success screen alone does not confirm payment; our server verifies the provider record. If confirmation is pending or under review, contact support with the quotation reference before paying again. The payment acknowledgement does not replace the applicable tax invoice.

A consultation request made through our booking provider is subject to host confirmation and calendar availability. A consultation does not start a paid engagement. Use the booking confirmation to reschedule or cancel, or contact support. Service delivery dates and acceptance remain governed by the written scope, not the consultation date.

Assessment depth and deliverables depend on the selected tier, agreed inputs and available evidence. Public competitor information, benchmarks, conditional forecasts and scenarios are distinguished from verified facts. Research cannot guarantee complete coverage of every competitor, influencer or source.

The paid net assessment fee may be credited once to the first growth invoice within sixty days of report delivery, subject to the quotation. Credit is not cash, a tax credit or an automatic discount on every service. Customer-facing reports are reviewed before delivery. An assessment is business guidance, not regulated legal, tax, investment or medical advice.

Clients provide accurate information, lawful access and materials they are entitled to use, identify the responsible decision-maker and review deliverables at agreed checkpoints. We request access proportionate to the scope. Do not send passwords or confidential customer files through public chat.

Publishing content, launching ads, spending budgets, changing important live systems or making customer commitments follows the agreed approval process. Missing access, delayed inputs, third-party restrictions and late approvals can change the delivery schedule.

The written scope defines testing, acceptance, revisions, handover and any defect-support period. Handover may include the agreed deliverables, documentation, account or repository access and operating instructions. Ownership transfer and licence rights follow the agreement, including any stated payment conditions.

Pre-existing tools, reusable materials, open-source software, fonts, stock assets and third-party services keep their original licence terms. New features, ongoing maintenance, licence renewals and usage charges are included only if expressly agreed. We do not silently extend access or support indefinitely.

Before accepting work, the proposal sets revision limits, change control, cancellation, refund and renewal arrangements appropriate to that service. No blanket non-refundable rule is created by this website. Statutory rights that cannot be excluded remain intact.

Raise a delivery concern, billing question or grievance at support@cenqoralabs.com with your reference and requested resolution. Routine requests can be handled by support; unresolved or consequential matters are escalated to the owner for review.

The assistant gives general information and can help record an enquiry. It cannot agree bespoke prices, bind Cenqora to a contract, confirm an invoice payment, approve a refund or guarantee outcomes. Refer to the quotation and authorised written confirmation for those decisions.

Do not submit unlawful, misleading or abusive content, interfere with services, attempt unauthorised access, extract private records or send malicious instructions. Do not rely on the assistant for sensitive or regulated decisions.

We commit to the agreed scope and measurement; revenue, sales, enquiries, search rankings, AI-search inclusion, advertising performance and social reach depend on multiple factors and are not guaranteed. Third-party platforms control their policies, reviews, uptime and access.

Site branding, text and original artwork are protected by applicable rights. Viewing does not grant a right to reproduce them. We may correct or update site information. Nothing in these terms removes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contract-specific liability, dispute arrangements and governing law are confirmed in the service agreement.
