Public forms validate submitted fields on the server. Enquiry records are held in a private database and cannot be read through the public browser client.

Restricted administration
Ticket and admin views require an authenticated authorised administrator. Database access policies and explicit grants restrict who can read or change private records.
Submission safeguards
The enquiry path uses duplicate-submission keys, rate limits and a hidden spam-detection field. These safeguards reduce misuse but cannot prevent every malicious request.
Notifications
Enquiry notifications and confirmations are attempted through the configured email service after a new enquiry is saved. A delivery failure does not erase the saved reference.
