Approach

Four stages. Written down.

The same shape for a website, a workflow or a first software version. What changes is the depth of each stage, not the honesty of it.

How it works

Discover. Define. Build. Evolve.

Strategy, automation, software, creative, marketing and operations — treated as one system, not four disconnected vendors.

  1. 01

    Discover

    A shared brief.

We learn the business, the audience and how the work happens today — with the people who actually do it.

  2. 02

    Define

    Scope, priorities and measures.

What is being built, what is not, and how we will know it worked — agreed before build.

  3. 03

    Build

    Design, develop, test, review.

Visible stages with review points. No long silences and no surprise reveal at the end.

  4. 04

    Evolve

    Handover, support, next improvements.

Documentation and a proper handover; ongoing support is optional and agreed separately.

  1. 01

    Discover

    A shared brief.

We learn the business, the audience and how the work happens today — with the people who actually do it. The output is a brief both sides recognise.

Covers goals, audience and current behaviour, a review of the existing site, tools and workflow, and the constraints around access, content, integrations and timing.

  2. 02

    Define

    Scope, priorities and measures.

We write down what is being built, what is not, and how we will know it worked. Nothing moves to build until that is agreed.

Deliverables and explicit exclusions, a priority order and staging, then acceptance criteria and the measures that matter.

  3. 03

    Build

    Design, develop, test, review.

Work happens in visible stages with review points, so there are no long silences and no surprise reveals at the end.

Design and development in reviewable stages, testing against the agreed criteria, then content assembly and a pre-launch review.

  4. 04

    Evolve

    Handover, support, next improvements.

You get documentation and a proper handover. From there, support and the next round of improvements are optional and agreed separately.

Written documentation and team handover, an optional ongoing support arrangement, and an honest view of what to improve next.
