FAQ
Practical questions, direct answers.
What to expect from the work and from your first enquiry.
What does Cenqora do?
Cenqora builds websites, lead follow-up, CRM workflows and reporting for businesses that need clearer customer and operational processes.
Who is Cenqora for?
Businesses dealing with missed enquiries, slow follow-up, repeated admin or unclear reporting.
What problems can Cenqora solve?
We can assess where visitors abandon an enquiry, where leads wait for a reply or where requests lose an owner.
Is Cenqora only an AI automation company?
No. Websites, conversion journeys, customer experience, workflows, software and reporting all play a part. AI may be useful where appropriate; it is not the goal in itself.
Does Cenqora replace our team?
The intention is to support people with clearer information and less repetitive work. Responsibilities and decision points are agreed with the client for each engagement.
What happens after an assessment?
We review what you submitted and respond by email about fit and possible next steps. Submission does not start an engagement or book a meeting.
Can we begin with one process?
Yes. We can assess and scope one defined process first.
Do we need an existing CRM or website?
No particular tool is required to start a conversation. We review what you use today before proposing changes.
How long does an engagement take?
It depends on the agreed scope, constraints and review points. Timing is discussed after the needs review; there is no fixed published timeline.
How is success measured?
We agree relevant signals with you, such as qualified enquiries, response times, journey progression, exceptions or reporting quality, according to the work and available data.
Does Cenqora guarantee revenue?
No. We do not guarantee revenue, lead volumes, conversions or other commercial outcomes.
Who owns the finished work?
Ownership and usage rights are agreed in writing for each engagement. This website does not set client project terms.
How is information protected?
Website enquiries are held in a private database and are not publicly readable. Access is restricted to authorised administrators. See the Privacy and Security pages for current details and limitations.
How is AI used?
AI may assist where it fits an agreed purpose. Outputs should be checked before use, with people responsible for consequential decisions. Specific use is determined within each engagement.
Are important decisions automated?
Our public approach calls for human review and client authority over consequential decisions. Any proposed automation and its boundaries should be agreed in scope.
Can information be deleted?
You can request deletion of an enquiry through the general contact form. What can be deleted and when depends on applicable obligations; the privacy contact and retention details are still to be confirmed.
How is pricing decided?
Scope, fees and any external costs are discussed and agreed in writing. An assessment is not a quotation.
Does Cenqora work worldwide?
Cenqora describes its work as worldwide. Whether a particular engagement is feasible depends on the brief and applicable arrangements.
Does a form submission book a meeting?
No. A form submission stores your enquiry and provides a reference. Any conversation is arranged separately by email.
